Gregson Electrical has built up a lot of experience in the H.M.O and student accommodation areas over the past few years. We have undertaken projects ranging in size from 2K H.M.O conversions to 130K projects converting mills into 80 student flats.

We have successfully designed and completed a number of large mill conversions on time and inside budget. To date we have completed three full mill conversions, have two live at the moment and have another five in the pipeline.

We are more than happy to look at projects of all sizes. Last year we completed a number of partial and full re-wires on H.M.O (house of multiple occupancy) accommodation. This living arrangement is becoming increasingly popular due to the difficulty people are experiencing when trying to obtain mortgages. We can also design, supply and commission the Fire system that your building requires. We can work in conjunction with the local authority and Fire officer to make sure you and your tenants are completely covered. We can work on both conventional and addressable fire systems and can also set up maintenance agreements with you so that the headache of keeping up to date with testing and maintenance is taken from you.
